Pullman Parc

Pullman Parc is a distinctive residential development in Detroit’s Lafayette Park neighborhood. I worked alongside the developer and their architecture teams to establish a comprehensive vision for the brand — honing in on the unique history and character of Lafayette Park and its residents.

The brand came to life with a launch across multiple channels, including a custom website, a suite of print materials, and a physical sales center experience inspired by the style of the product on offer.
