The Stott

The David Stott Building is an art deco masterpiece in the heart of downtown Detroit. With distinctive sculptural details, exceptional use of masonry and materials, and an unmistakable architectural silhouette, the building was restored to its former glory and reborn as “The Stott.”

In collaboration with the developer, Bedrock Detroit, the studio drew on the Stott’s rich design character to create a new brand story that marries the building's proud history with its place in Detroit's residential fabric.
